1. Front Desk Receptionist –
Job Responsibilities:
-To support our team in offering exclusive brain technologies for our growing list of clientele.
-Learn our protocols and systems.
-Follow client tracking and calendar schedules.
-Exemplary Verbal Communications required to:
*Answering phones, screen calls, schedule appointments & perform collections (either in person or by phone) from clients/prospective clients.
*Maintaining client relationships by developing rapport and ascertaining needs of client
-Complete other clerical receptionist duties such as updating spreadsheets, preparing letters, photocopying and greeting clients
-Invoice & submit payments to the Accounting System.
-Help maintain accurate records of clients and their sessions using CMS.
-Adhere to all company policies, procedures, ethics, and codes.
Relationships and Roles:
-Maintain contact with our team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all BLC team members.
-Build trust, communicate effectively and focus on serving clients and teammates.
-Collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
-Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.
Required Skill Sets:
-Must be able to type 45+ WMP
-Experience with Microsoft Office products, Google Work Space or equivalent.
-Strong experience in phone communications
-Capacity to organize, multitasks, prioritize and work under pressure
-Prior office experience preferred

Job Objectives:

-Place EEG sensors and run proprietary software.
-Help maintain accurate records.
-Adhere to all company policies, procedures, ethics, and codes.
-Work comfortably within our Brain Life Center team.
-Participate in and contribute to the development of training programs.
