We are currently looking to fill 2 positions:
 

1. Front Desk Receptionist –

 
Job Objectives:
-To support our team in offering exclusive brain technologies for our growing list of clientele.
-Follow client tracking and calendar schedules.
-Demonstrate your ability to carry on customer conversations and develop rapport.
-Gather and submit client information for accounting purposes.
-Help maintain accurate records.
-Adhere to all company policies, procedures, ethics, and codes.
-Work comfortably within our Brain Life Center team.
-Participate in and contribute to the development of training programs.
 
Relationships and Roles:
-Maintain contact with our team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all BLC team members.
-Build trust, communicate effectively and focus on serving clients and teammates.
-Collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
-Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.
 
Required Skill sets:
-Moderate computer literacy.
-Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent.
-Strong experience in phone communications with clients.
 
Job Specifications:
-Flexible hours (hours may vary based on your scheduling objectives)
-Strong understanding of client communications and relations.
-Willingness to work hard with a team of professionals.
-Hourly pay based on skillset and performance level.
 
 

 

2. Technologist –

 
Job Objectives:
-A passion to care for people.
-To support our team in offering exclusive brain technologies for our growing list of clientele.
-Follow client tracking and calendar schedules.
-Place EEG sensors and run proprietary software.
-Help maintain accurate records.
-Adhere to all company policies, procedures, ethics, and codes.
-Work comfortably within our Brain Life Center team.
-Participate in and contribute to the development of training programs.
